Within the school administration, there is the school office, and that is where your position will be located. The school office handles administrative tasks and provides support in planning and driving the administration's overall processes. The work aims to provide education for children and students of high quality and to ensure that the education complies with existing regulations. The head of the school office is the deputy school principal.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Business Developer, you will primarily support the principal of the primary school and the school principal in creating an efficient organization within the school administration. Your tasks will mainly involve digitalization and planning of physical conditions. You will coordinate and adapt support to the various school forms. Through continuous dialogue with principals in preschool, primary school, secondary school, and the support organization at the school office, you are an important link in the chain of command to create good conditions for high-quality education. You will identify areas for improvement and propose measures based on independent analyses. Other tasks that may occur include:

• leading working groups
• leading and participating in networks within the area of responsibility
• collaborating with external partners within and outside the municipality
• conducting and reporting investigation assignments for the school board
• improving processes.

The position is new, and the content may change and evolve over time based on the needs of the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS

We welcome you who have studied the public administration program, political science program, or other higher education in the field. You need to have a good understanding of how a municipality operates and an understanding of digital systems. Travel is included in the position, and therefore a driver's license (B) is a requirement.

We see it as a great advantage if you have previously worked within a municipality and have good knowledge of the education system.

To succeed in your assignment, you are a problem-solving person who takes initiative, starts activities, and achieves desired results. When goals change, you adjust your focus flexibly and see opportunities in changes.

The school administration's area of responsibility includes activities for children from one year old up to and including secondary education.
